Started to have a bit of a run today on the treadmill but had all sorts of aches and pains in my legs - probably because of outdoors run on saturday - was the first time I’ve run outside since returning from injury, running on the hard surface outside definately batters your legs more than the treadmill so I decided to knock it on the head and did an hour on the cross trainer instead.
I find the cross trainer so easy it doesn’t even really feel like a proper workout - its better than nothing though so I enjoyed it listening to an audio book. Bad news, I weighed myself - I seem to have put on 5pounds since friday ?! Amazing, I really dont know how that happened so Im going to have to really work hard this week to get that back off.
