Did a 45 minute run yesterday and a little 25 minute run today - both didnt feel great though, felt very tired and out of breath while I was running. Not sure what’s up with that, going to try an afternoon run tommorow after I have eaten lunch and see if that makes a difference.
I also weighed myself today - still 15stone, 1 pound - thought I would be under 15 by now as I have been eating properly all week - I hope my metabolism isn’t slowing down now that I have given up cigs, if it has I’m going to have to work even harder!
