These sexy new running shoes arrived today, Im loving them allready - Im going to take them to the gym and have a little run on the treadmill and see how they feel. I also ordered a pouch to hold the Nike+ pod.
Trainers were bought online here.

Today I headed out for what was supposed to be an 8k run, after 1k my right shin and calf were in pain again so I completed another 1k and then walked back - felt really bad having to walk but there was nothing I could do.
