Just did a quick 20 minute run today - couldnt face doing any weights or cross trainer. My Nike+ kit doesn’t seem to have recorded it which is a bit annoying but never mind.
Going for some lagers tonight for a friends birthday and then a nice relaxing day off tommorow.
Today I did a long run - Just over 5km in 40 mins with just a 3 minute walk break after 30 mins. Feels good as Im slowly getting my fitness back.

Today my back was aching a bit so I just did 15 minutes Cross Trainer and then some upper-body weights.
My goal for next friday’s weigh-in is to be under 16 stone, just one pound will do which makes it a 3 pound loss I need to meet the goal.
