Good 30 minute run + Weigh-in

I ran a good 30 minute run today - covered 4.5km in 30 minutes, my Nike+ says I was running at 6.33 minutes per km which isn’t far off my target goal of 6minutes per km so I’m happy about that.

30 minute run + Great Ireland run

Nothing special about today’s run - kept up a fairly quick pace and covered 4.3k in 30 mins, Im getting closer to that 1/2 hour 5k though!
Gonna do a dull hour on the cross trainer tommorow to let the legs recover.
I did forget to post that I have entered the Great Ireland run in dublin [...]

40 minute run

Slacked off a bit this weekend - missed saturday due to beers on the friday night, more on the saturday and yet more on the sunday! Been some boxing fights though so won’t happen every weekend.
Put in a good 40 minute run covering 5.75km which included another PB for the mile - not sure [...]

1 Hour on the Cross Trainer

Spent an hour burning off 700 calories on the cross trainer today - my boredom was cured though by listening to an audio book - World War Z (about the zombie apocalypse!).
