Did 40 minutes on the treadmill today - defo got some shin splints on the go so I might need to take a week off next week and just cross train zzzzzz
I also did some cross trainer and rowing machine, aiming for an hour cross trainer tommorow and maybe some weights.
Well on saturday I ran a 10k in 1hour 5mins, nice workout but the time was a bit slower than my best of 1hour 2mins but never mind - then yesterday I did a long slow run of 13.5k in 1.30mins, this my longest run ever and I could have done a lot more - [...]
