I’ve missed my last 2 runs from Nike+ as the battery was dead for one and I forgot the Nike+ attachment for the other!
I have had been running every other day at the moment - trying to take it easy so my back doesn’t “go” again - its very tempting to go straight back to every day but Im trying to be good and stay injury free.
I had a good run today - the furthest since I’ve been back running, I put in 5.5k which took 40 mins, nothing special but it feels good to be building the distance back up. I’m aiming to put in an 8k this week - probably saturday for my long run, then a couple more 8ks next week before I go for a full 10k again.
