Did the same 40 minute run on the treadmill today as yesterday but yesterday I only ran for 20mins at first and had a 3 min walk break - today I ran non-stop for 30mins and had a 3 min walk break so fitness improving slowly. Still aiming for an 8km outside long run tommorow.
Did a weigh-in in the gym and Im 14stone 8pounds which is a one pound loss since my last weigh-in. Next week I’m aiming to do an hour exercise every day and get on the healthy foods to try and break the 14 and half stone barrier.
