6km tempo run

Shins are all better today - I ran 30minutes at 10km /hour on the treadmill and was knackered, had a 3 min walk break and then did another 10 mins or so at 10km /hour again - felt good to have a quick run as yesterdays was a bit of a jog on the treadmill followed by some weights.

Did my weigh-in and I have put a couple of pounds on, not sure how as Ive been good all week! I weighed-in at 14stone 9pounds. Im sure thats only temporary though - I expect the weight to keep coming off as I stick to my running plan.

Tommorow Im going to try and get up early and put in an outdoor 10k - not sure if it will be quick or slow yet.
