Breakthrough Run 8.55km in 50mins

Wednesday Gym

Today was ok :

30 mins Cross Trainer
20 mins cycling
20 mins Running - 3.5km

I just cant stop myself from running! Ah well, it was ok today - just did a 20minute run for 3.5km.

Not as good today

Another gym session today, wasn’t so good - maybe did a bit too much yesterday :

20 mins Cross Trainer
10 mins Cycling
17 mins Running
10 mins Cycling
7 mins Running

Will take a day off running tommorow and just do cross trainer and weights.

Great start to the week : 1.5 hours in Gym

As the post title says, I had a good gym session today :

30 mins Cross Trainer
20 mins Cycling
40 mins Running @ 10/10.5 km/hour

Enjoyed the run doing slightly under 7km in 40mins, the leg pain was bearable and I felt like I could have kept going for longer but my fitness held me back a bit, [...]

Good Gym Session

Today before I went to the gym I took an ECA Stack, it really seemed to help my sciatica pain and gave me loads more energy for the gym. Today I did :

40 mins Cross Trainer
20 mins Exercise Bike
20 mins Running @ 9km / hour

An hour and 20 minutes of exercise in total, looks like [...]

Back in the Gym

Bank holiday yesterday so I had a day off from the gym, back in today and did :

35 mins Cross Trainer
10 mins Cycling
10 mins Running

Didnt feel great today; bit groggy from a long weekend, will kick on tommorow though.

Nothing special about today’s gym session, had a rest yesterday and did this today :

22 mins Cross Trainer
10 mins Exercise Bike
7 mins run
10 mins Exercise Bike
7 mins run

I wasnt able to reach 10 mins running today on the treadmill - maybe because I did 22 on the Cross Trainer at the start.
