Did a run for 30mins at 9/km hour on the treadmill - annoyingly my Nike+ didn’t save the run though. After I did 23 mins on the cross trainer and 7mins on the rowing machine. Nothing special today really.
Feel like I’m getting a cold so that may tamper with my plans for a weight session [...]
Had a better workout today - sciattica pain wasn’t as bad. Managed a more comfortable 1/2 hour run on the treadmill doing 4.62 km in that time. I then did a 40 mins weight session focusing on my arms, chest and back. After some stretches and ab crunches I did 30mins on the cross trainer [...]

Been doing quite a lot of activities this week, a short recap.
Monday - Played tennis, extremely sore in my legs and arm for days after!
Tuesday - Fishing for 12 hours
Wednesday - Day off from exercise but did 2hours + strenuous gardening
Thursday - 7.5km run in 50mins in the gym followed by 11km bike ride

I bought a new mountain bike yesterday which Im going to be incorporating into my training from now - I took it out today for a spin and rode 10km, the seat is pretty bad though, very uncomfortable so I’ve ordered a new wider gel-padded one from ebay so hopefully that will be less sore!
