Had a great start back in the gym today, ran 5.07km in 29mins - no leg pain what so ever, could have done a lot more but felt my fitness was slightly down so didnt want to push it first session back. Will probably do 40-50 mins tommorow and see how I get on.

I still have Sciatica, its around 6 weeks now so Im hopefull it will be gone soon as the last 2 times Ive had it, it lasted 6 weeks.

Been doing quite a lot of activities this week, a short recap.
Monday - Played tennis, extremely sore in my legs and arm for days after!
Tuesday - Fishing for 12 hours
Wednesday - Day off from exercise but did 2hours + strenuous gardening
Thursday - 7.5km run in 50mins in the gym followed by 11km bike ride

My back injury has flaired up again so no running for me! At the moment Im just going for a walk each day waiting for it to get better. Will write again once Im back in the gym.
So I think my last run was a bit too soon, Had back ache afterwards and today was the first day I could do some more exercise. I did 35 mins in the gym on the cross trainer today which feels like it has actually helped my back - feels looser and got more bend [...]
Well I did my 16km run the other day - was great and felt fine, unfortunately I went to play golf later in the day and put my back out so I havent been able to run since - very annoying.

Went out last night to celebrate St. George’s day and had a few too many lagers! Going to use today as a recovery day and then do a 16km long run tommorow morning. Got a Stephen King audio book of “The Stand” to listen to - makes the time fly by.
I did the same run as yesterday - another 10km run outside, I cant resist the sun at the mo! Did it a bit quicker today in 1 hour and 5 mins. I think I’ll give my legs a rest tommorow and do some cross trainer and weights in the gym - booo!
