Did my first 10km since before my holiday today, found it quite hard going as the fitness is not where it was, glad I pushed on though - should be easier next week.

Fastest Ever 10km : 57.09 minutes

Wow, I cant believe how fast I ran 10km in the gym today, just 57mins 09seconds - that beats my personal best by around 3 miuntes I ran for an hour and did 10.38km in 59.25minutes. I even had a 3minute walk break halfway! Im still struggling to walk for more than 10minutes witout sciatica [...]

3km Recovery Run + Weights

Did a quick 3km in 17mins and then an upper body workout. The weights were really hard as this is the first proper lot I have done for 6months, I feel quite sick now!
