Did my first 10km since before my holiday today, found it quite hard going as the fitness is not where it was, glad I pushed on though - should be easier next week.

Recovery Run + Weekly Weigh In

Nipped in the gym this morning before I leave for my fishing trip and did 20mins on the treadmill for 3.6km as a recovery run, quite sore today in the left calf from yesterdays effort.

Great Gym Session 5km Run

Today was the first saturday for a while I’ve been in the gym and it turned out great, I did :

20 mins Cross Trainer
10 mins Cycling
30 mins Running @ 10km/hour

Weekly Weigh In : 6 pounds lost

Weekly Weigh In - 2 pounds lost

Wasn’t a good end to this week after a bright start. I went fishing wednesday and my back and sciatica was bad afterwards and yesterday from sitting on a fishing chair all day.
Was back in the gym today and only did :

5 mins Exercise Bike
13 mins Running
5 mins Exercise Bike
20 mins Cross Trainer

Great Gym Session + Weigh In

Today was a really good start to the week in the gym, I took 2 tramadol and 2 diclofenac before I went to control any leg pain and it seemed to work well. I did :

30 mins Cross Trainer
10 mins Exercise Bike
23 mins Running @ 9.2km/h

Gym Session + Weekly Weigh In

Today wasn’t so good, I only managed :

20 mins Cross Trainer
6 mins Exercise Bike
15 mins Running

Weigh in wasn’t so good either - 16 stone 2, so same as last week. Never mind, will kick on next week and try and get under that 16 stone mark.
