Faster 40min run + Weigh-In

Today I picked up the pace a bit and ran 6.1km in 40minutes on the treadmill, couldnt have run much farther at that pace so I think I need to do a few speed sessions next week.

New running shoes + Weigh-in

Got some new running shoes today and they’re great - took them to the gym and did a quick 25 minute run and my shins were perfect. I got them from a running shop in manchester and they did a gait analysis on me - I ran on the treadmill and the film you running [...]
