		<description>Congrats on pushing through the rain! that's definitely commitment there! I attached a link for the Nimbus 11's. If they Kayano worked though be careful switching to the Nimbus. The Nimbus is a high cushioned neutral shoe where as the Kayano is a high cushioned stability shoe. We normally recommend that if you have found a shoe you are successful with to stick with it. 		<description>That sounds great. However if you have access you should try that for only 15 seconds of each minute on the schwinn airdyne bike. That is not the spinning bike that Schwinn makes but the manual resistance both upper and lower body airdyne. I have found this bike to be the best for h.i.i.t.</description>
