Ouch - my shins are aching today after yesterday’s long run - hope they’re ok tommorow.
Today I did a pretty boring 1 hour on the Cross Trainer - the only way I can make it interesting is to go as fast as I can so Im pretty much exhausted and covered in sweat by the end. Cant understand these people who plod along on it without breaking sweat.
Plan for tommorow is dependent on how the shins are, maybe a 1/2 hour jog but if they’re sore still I’ll do more cross trainer and some weights and save the next run for friday. If I dont go out friday night then Ill try and do another longer run on saturday.
