Easy Workout

Today my back was aching a bit so I just did 15 minutes Cross Trainer and then some upper-body weights.

My goal for next friday’s weigh-in is to be under 16 stone, just one pound will do which makes it a 3 pound loss I need to meet the goal.

Hope my back’s better for monday so I can do a decent run.
