Faster 40min run + Weigh-In

Today I picked up the pace a bit and ran 6.1km in 40minutes on the treadmill, couldnt have run much farther at that pace so I think I need to do a few speed sessions next week.

I did my weigh-in as well but there is something up with the scales at my gym, the started 3pounds over the zero mark and I couldnt figure out how to zero them so I weighed myself anyway. They showed 15stone exactly so if they are correct my proper weight is 14stone 9pounds which means a 2.5pound loss over the last week which is quite good - again Im going in the right direction. I think from now on though Im going to find some more accurate scales to do the weigh-in as I dont trust these anymore.
