Good gym workout + Weigh In

Went back in the gym for the first time since injury today, was a bit busy as the kids are off school - the bonus was they have replaced all the weight machines with new funky ones and they have put in 2 extra running machines.

I did 30 minutes on the cross trainer which felt unusually hard, either im not used to it or the machine I was on was tuned slightly harder than usual. After that I put in 30 mins on the treadmill - around 23 mins of running and 7 mins of walking.

I weighed myself on the same scales I had been using for my weigh-ins and Im 15stone 1 pound. An increase of exactly 1/2 stone in the 2 months I have been off. I’m quite pleased with that - Im sure I can burn that off in the next 3 weeks or so.
