Did 45 minutes at a fast pace on the Cross Trainer followed by a full workout on the weights and then a 1km jog on the treadmill to finish off. I thought put some extra effort in today as there is the possibility of beers tonight so I need to make sure I reach my goal of 16stone on the official weigh-in tommorow.
Im looking forward to my run tommorow - I’m definately a runner, the buzz I get after and the actually enjoyment when Im running confirms it. The treadmill is the dull way to do it - I miss the outdoor runs a lot but its necessary for the time being to stay injury free. If I can keep up the gym till after the new year I will start putting in an outdoor run a week to build up to the manchester run in may. I have to beat my time of 1hour 14 mins I did this year - definately do-able but my real target is 1 hour.
