Mixed up my workout today - I did a 5 min jog to warm up followed by an upper body workout on the weights which lasted around 40mins. I then did 30mins on the cross trainer at a steady pace and then 8 minutes of HIIT. To finish off I did some stretches and an ab workout - 3 sets of 15 crunches.
Looking forward to another proper run tommorow and then my long run on saturday.
