More Weight Training

Did a good workout today with the weights - feel all weak and trembly now!

Been looking into Flax Seed Oil, going to get some and start adding a teaspoon to my protein shakes; the benefits look too good to pass up.

Looking forward to my run tommorow - got to be strong though and only let myself run 40mins or so for the sake of my ITBS injury, dont want to overdo it. Very tempting to do a big long run though!
