Today’s other post was a bit miserable so I thought I’d look on the positives!
I have been back running since November 6th - just over a month and in that time I have gone from being injured and doing no exercise to running for 40minutes each time - going to the gym most days and generally feeling a lot healthier about myself.
I have entered a race in Ireland which I’m really looking forward to - it’s going to be a great warmup for the manchester run and should be a good night out on the Craic!
I have stayed injury free - my shin splint problem seems to be staying away and I have lost 1 stone in weight.
