Today I put in 5.5km in 36mins with a 3 minute walk break - I was running at 9-10km/hour so quite a high tempo for me on the treadmill.
Im not sure what to do tommorow as I have my long run on saturday - I think I will see how my legs feel in the morning before deciding whether to run or treadmill it, also have the weigh-in tommorow I hope Im under 15stone but doubt it as Im having a big Chilli tonight! Check my bad-boy Scotch Bonnet chillis out.
