Mixed up my running today on the treadmill - did a 50min Fartlek session, running at speeds from 10km/hour up to 13km/hour. 13km/hour is my target pace to run a 10km in, which works out at 45minutes. Going to have to do lots of work to get to that point - even 2mins running at [...]

I thought my legs would be sore today after 2 10kms in 2 days but I got on the treadmill and they were fine so I put in a 40 minute fartlek session, putting in random runs on 9km/hour up to 12km/hour. I felt nicely exhausted at the end of it so job done!
