Didnt feel great today; bit groggy from a long weekend, will kick on tommorow though.
Today is the first time Ive managed to get in the gym this week - have had a bank holiday (hungover next day!) and yesterday I went fishing (didn’t catch!) so I was looking forward to getting in the gym today.

I wasnt able to reach 10 mins running today on the treadmill - maybe because I did 22 on the Cross Trainer at the start.
Did a run for 30mins at 9/km hour on the treadmill - annoyingly my Nike+ didn’t save the run though. After I did 23 mins on the cross trainer and 7mins on the rowing machine. Nothing special today really.
Feel like I’m getting a cold so that may tamper with my plans for a weight session [...]
