Weight Training + HIIT

Did a hard workout today on the weights followed by 10 minutes cross trainer and then 10minutes HIIT. The HIIT is really hard if you do it properly and I was exhausted - I do 1minute easy followed by 1 minute really hard, I do this 5 times and its more than enough.
