My back injury has flaired up again so no running for me! At the moment Im just going for a walk each day waiting for it to get better. Will write again once Im back in the gym.

Well I did my 16km run the other day - was great and felt fine, unfortunately I went to play golf later in the day and put my back out so I havent been able to run since - very annoying.

Well its been around 7 weeks I’ve been off running with shin splints but today I went back out and did a 15minute run of 2.16km - feels great to back even though my fitness has gone!

Today I headed out for what was supposed to be an 8k run, after 1k my right shin and calf were in pain again so I completed another 1k and then walked back - felt really bad having to walk but there was nothing I could do.
