Tempo run, Hill reps + weekly weigh-in

Woah - really pushed myself today, did a 30minute run to start with - 8 minute jog to warm up followed by a flat-out run for 22 mins. I ran the fast part at 10km/hour on the treadmill, Im sure the treadmill doesnt show the correct time as I have run this speed outside and it feels a lot easier; maybe thats just in my head though as I dont like the treadmill!
I then did 20 minutes of hill repeats, 2minutes at 9km/hour on a 5 incline followed by 2mins walking. My heart was really going during both of these - around the 170 bpm mark.
Weigh-in was good - 14 stone 11 again, good to get back under the 15stone mark - my total weight loss for this week was 3pounds. Im going to aim for another 3 pound loss next week to take me 14stone 8pounds.
