Put in another 1/2 hour run today and completed just under 4k. I can tell my cardio vascular fitness is coming back as breathing and heart rate was a lot better.
The only worry is after the run I was getting numbness my left foot - left over from the Sciattica, will take it easy tommorow, maybe just do some HIIT on my cross trainer and then put in a longer run friday as I’m away all weekend and monday so I’ll have 3 days to recover.
Got some decent scales in yesterday as well so i can keep a record of weight loss - Im at 16.1 stone at the mo so the aim for next week is to lose 3 pounds bringing me back under 16 stone. My target weight is 12.5 stone so quite a way to go yet!
