Weight Training

Did 30 minutes on the Cross Trainer followed by an upper body workout with weights - forgot how hard weights are - they really drain me. I can lift not far-off what I used to so thats good. Was gonna try a little 10 minute jog afterwards but my arms were swolen so it didn’t feel comfortable so I only did a few minutes. Probably good to have a day off from running anyway - will pick it back tommorow.

Tommorow is also my first friday weigh-in since being back so fingers crossed I have come down from the 16.5 stone on tuesday.
