Started off today with a small run of 1 km to warm up and then hit the weights, doing upper body, chest, back, abdominals and squats for my legs. Now Im back running I will just do weights once or twice a week to maintain the muscle I built during my lay off running.
Im also giving up smoking again after this weekend to help my running, I have made good progress with my running and I think that smoking is really holding me back - Id love to see what times I can get without it.
